WARRANTY GUIDELINES

Coomar and Coomar Services Pest Control Warranty Guidelines (PAN India)

1. Warranty Coverage: Coomar and Coomar Services guarantees effective pest control solutions for our clients across India. Our warranty covers the specified pests for the duration mentioned in the service agreement. If pests return within the warranty period, we will provide additional treatment at no extra charge.

2. Warranty Period: The warranty period varies depending on the type of pest control service. Specific details are outlined in the service contract, but general coverage includes:

#Termite warranty:

Existing Termite Premises: Up to 2 years
New Post-Construction or Precautionary Anti-Termite Service: Up to 5 years
Pre-Construction Anti-Termite Treatment: Up to 5 years

#Roaches warranty:

Roach Spray and Gel Service: Up to 90 days
Spray-Only Service: Up to 60 days

3. Conditions of Warranty: To ensure the effectiveness of the pest control treatment and maintain the warranty, clients must adhere to the following conditions:

Follow all post-treatment guidelines provided by our technicians.
Maintain proper sanitation and hygiene to prevent re-infestation.
Eliminate factors contributing to pest infestations, such as standing water, food sources, and clutter.
Allow our team access to the premises for follow-up inspections and treatments as necessary.

4. Exclusions from Warranty: The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by the pests before or after the treatment.
New pest infestations unrelated to the treated pest(s).
Failure to follow technician recommendations for pest prevention.
Structural issues such as cracks, leaks, or poor maintenance may lead to pest entry.
Adverse environmental conditions such as flooding, extreme weather, or construction disturbances.
Services rendered outside city limits.

5. Claiming Warranty Service: If a pest issue persists within the warranty period, follow these steps:

Contact Coomar and Coomar Services at the earliest sign of re-infestation.
Provide your service contract number or valid bill and details of the issue.
Schedule a follow-up inspection and retreatment, if necessary.

6. Warranty Voidance: The warranty may be voided if:

Unauthorized pest control treatments are applied by the client or third parties.
Structural modifications are made without informing Coomar and Coomar Services.
Recommended preventive measures are not followed.
Other medicines are used within the warranty period.

7. Warranty Coverage Area: The above warranty is only applicable within the city limits of any state in India. For special services outside city limits, please contact our office directly.

8. Terms and Conditions:

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the premises and owner mentioned in the service agreement.
Coomar and Coomar Services reserve the right to modify or cancel the warranty in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Any disputes arising under this warranty shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
Customers must retain their original service invoice to claim warranty services.
The company is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages due to pest infestations.
Services and warranties are subject to availability in specific locations.

9. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of a scheduled pest control service must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed based on the terms mentioned in the service agreement.
Any cancellations made after service commencement will not be eligible for a refund.
Coomar and Coomar Services reserve the right to cancel a service in case of unforeseen circumstances or non-compliance with service requirements.
