Refunds are only given if you cancel the service within the allocated period of 15 days or when we are unable to provide the requested service due to unavoidable circumstances. We will email you to let you know the status of your refund once we've received and reviewed your request. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
Only fifteen days prior to the scheduled service date may an appointment be cancelled. We will not accept your request or reimburse the full money if you miss this window. Contact coomarservices@gmail.com by email if you need to cancel your reservation. Once verified, we will initiate the process for refunds and cancellations. If the day falls on a national holiday, the request will not be processed; please be advised that there is no grace time.
If you are accepted, your refund will be handled and, in a predetermined number of days, a credit will be automatically paid to your credit card or the original payment method.
