Our refund policy states that refunds are only issued if you cancel the service within the designated cancellation policy period of 15 days or in the event that we are unable to provide the requested pest control services due to unavoidable circumstances. Once we receive and review your request, we will email you to inform you of the status of your refund, including whether your refund is approved or denied.
You may cancel your appointment for our pest control services only up to fifteen days prior to the scheduled service date, as outlined in our cancellation policy. If you miss this window, we will not accept your request or issue a full refund. To cancel your reservation, please contact us via email at coomarservices@gmail.com. Once we verify your cancellation, we will initiate the process according to our refund policy. Please note that if your cancellation request falls on a national holiday, it will not be processed, and there is no grace period. If your cancellation is accepted, your refund will be processed, and within a predetermined number of days, a credit will be automatically issued to your credit card or original payment method.
